She is also the first female vice-president and highest-ranking female official in U.S. History, as also the first African American and second Asian American vice president. She is a member and former US senator representing California. Harris was born in Oakland and attended Howard University, University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Harris began her career at the Alameda County District Attorney's Office. Then she was recruited to the San Francisco District Attorney's Office.  Barbara Ann Corcoran was a businesswoman, investor and speaker from the United States. The Corcoran Group is a New York-based real estate brokerage. In 2001, the company was sold to NRT at $66 million. Corcoran quit the firm shortly thereafter. Corcoran is among ABC's original Shark Tank investors. As of now she has appeared in each seasons of Shark Tank. Since February of 2020, she's signed 53 deals on the show, with the biggest one being $350,000 in 40 percent of Coverplay. Corcoran was born in Edgewater, New Jersey, the second of 10 children in a working class Irish-Catholic family.  Her mother, Florence, was a homemaker. Edwin W.
